  • No refunds will be given after pins are put into production unless my manufacturer can refund me for faulty/damaged pins. 
  • All artwork is a depiction of the final product, minor changes in design may occur.
  • Minor flaws in pins will not receive refunds as these pins are handmade.
  • Majority of the money made from selling pins goes back to manufacturing goods, so please be understanding when I am unable to refund [x] pins. I can only refund so many pins.
  • TRASHCANDYLAB is not responsible for pins damaged/lost during transit.
  • My processing times are slow, please be aware of this before buying from my store.
  • All refunds will be processed through PayPal. I will issue refunds if a Pin design does not have enough preorders to be put into production.
  • Customer agrees to contact TRASHCANDYLAB before escalating any claims on past and current orders.
  • TRASHCANDYLAB is not responsible for lost packages or paying custom fees charged by your country's postal service.
  • By purchasing from this store customer agrees to ALL of TRASHCANDYLAB's policies.
